Runaway Sunday is a typically tasteful and pleasant album from Altan, finding the group expertly fusing Celtic and British folk with gentle, trancy pop. However, there isn't much to distinguish the album from its predecessors, and only diehard fans will be able to find the subtle differences that separate Runaway Sunday from other Altan records.
