Females dominated the 2010 Grammy Awards, with Taylor Swift becoming the youngest artist to win Album of the Year and Beyonc? taking home more awards than any female in Grammy history. This compilation gives just as much screen time to the male contenders, though, including big winners like Kings of Leon and Green Day. An obligatory U2 track is included, as are songs from more than a few of the previous year's nominees (Adele, Katy Perry, Coldplay, P!nk, and Lady Antebellum).
