Synopsis: Based on the 1980s' popular board game and its many subsequent iterations, the Wii's Trivial Pursuit: Bet You Know It adds a wagering aspect to the quiz-questioning, wedge-collecting play. All the contestants in a game have the opportunity to challenge one another, in each round of play, by placing bets on who will (or won't) know the correct answer to the question. Players can win or lose wedges from one another with smart wagers (and a little luck). The game features thousands of original trivia questions, for many hours of play with few repeats. A number of diverse new categories, such as "Slang," "Jingles," and "80's Music & Movies," draw on a wider base of trivia knowledge, better opening the competition to contestants of all ages and interests. The main game accommodates up to four competing players. A single-player mode challenges players to clear the entire board themselves, with as few incorrect answers as possible. ~ T.J.
