Synopsis: Transformers: War for Cybertron -- Autobots is an original action-adventure featuring the living machine characters from the Hasbro toy line. The game is set on the planet Cybertron, in the days before the anthropomorphic automobiles first came to Earth. The single-player adventure tells the origin story of the Autobots (the companion game, Transformers: War for Cybertron -- Decepticons, follows the story from their rivals' point of view). Wireless competitive multiplayer modes are supported, in which DS gamers can win characters by defeating their opponent. Different Transformer characters are featured in each of the game's stages, with a total of 30 unlockable Autobots and Decepticons -- including 11 exclusive to the DS platform -- available to players with both editions of the game. ~ T.J.
