Synopsis: Sin & Punishment: Star Successor is a futuristic third-person shooter that pits a male or female character against hordes of aliens. The protagonists, Isa Jo and Kachi, offer distinct skills for use in combat. Isa Jo can use his gun to lock onto enemies, while Kachi can create bombs to obliterate multiple targets at once. The game is divided into six main stages, each featuring multiple boss battles against colossal enemies called commanders. Instead of running along the ground, each character can float or fly across the screen using a hoverboard or jetpack. High scores on each stage can be uploaded to an online leaderboard for comparisons against other players around the world. Levels can also be revisited to earn skill-based medals. In addition to the single-player mode, Star Successor offers a cooperative option that has the second player assisting the main protagonist by aiming a crosshair target over enemies.
