Synopsis: In MechAssault: Phantom War, players assume the role of a "MechWarrior," trained in the art of the "BattleMech." To combat a virus that is attacking all communication portals within the Republic of the Sphere, players must master 24 campaigns across four planets. With over 20 types of vehicles to command, such as tanks, turrets, and "BattleArmor," players can blast the enemy into submission with a variety of upgradeable weapon types including ballistic, energy, missile, and special artillery. Activating "Def Mods" will increase defense stats and give gamers an advantage over the enemy.
