Synopsis: Gargantuan monsters stomp across disaster ravaged cities in Godzilla: Unleashed, a 3D fighting game set within destructible versions of Sydney, London, San Francisco, Osaka, New York, and more exotic locales. Twenty-three of Toho's cinematic creatures, each aligned with one of four competing factions, are available to play as or against in the battle for domination. Monsters can perform an assortment of powerful moves, including tail whips, somersaults, breath attacks, bicycle kicks, and more. Located throughout each environment are three crystal types to replenish health, restore energy, or build a monster's "critical mass." The latter is a form of rage that increases a monster's overall size and damage for a short time. Featured creatures include King Ghidora, Mothra, Fire Rodan, Megalon, Obsidius, Jet Jaguar, and Godzilla 2000.
