Location: Amarillo, TX

The Hastings Distribution Center offers an air-conditioned facility, four-day work weeks, full and part-time shifts, up to 3 pay increases during your first year of employment, and an extremely generous associate discount program!

1st Shift: Mon - Thurs 6 a.m. to 5 p.m.
2nd Shift: Sun - Wed 5:30 p.m. to 4:30 a.m.
3rd Shift: Thurs - Sun 6 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Requirements:

• High School diploma/GED
• Experience in a distribution, warehouse, or other inventory handling environment a plus
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs

As a member of the Distribution Center Team, the DC Operations Manager is responsible for maximizing distribution efficiency and value by ensuring accurate, efficient, on-schedule, and cost effective fulfillment of orders; developing and implementing production process enhancements; training and developing quality associates; and effectively managing 15-30 associates.

• Sunday thru Wednesday 5:30 p.m. to 4:30 a.m.
• Eligible for benefits after 90 days.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED (college degree preferred)
• Minimum two years experience managing 15 + associates

• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Experience in a distribution environment considered a plus
• Experience in retail considered a plus
