Returns and Refunds
Internet Purchase Refund Policy
All items purchased through gohastings.com may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, if they meet the following criteria:
- All items are in original unopened packaging.
- Return of product is within 30 days of when it was shipped.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Note: If you purchased one or more items through goHastings.com and had the item(s) shipped to your location, the item(s) can not be returned to a physical store location for refund. Only items purchased, specifically, for In-Store Pick-Up can be returned to a physical store, and only the same store location where the item was picked up. Please bring the receipt that was printed when you picked up your item. Read our In-Store Pick-Up FAQ for more information.
Internet Purchase Return Instructions
Refunds for product meeting the above mentioned return criteria should be handled as follows:
- Complete the Return Form, which is the packing list that came with your order.
- Please write the quantity and reason for return.
- Pack items securely, along with the completed Return Form.
