Internet Purchase Refund Policy

All items purchased through gohastings.com may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, if they meet the following criteria:

  • All items are in original unopened packaging.
  • Return of product is within 30 days of when it was shipped.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Note: Products purchased through gohastings.com may not be returned to a physical store location for refund.

Internet Purchase Return Instructions

Refunds for product meeting the above mentioned return criteria should be handled as follows:

  • Complete the Return Form, which is the packing list that came with your order.
  • Please write the quantity and reason for return.
  • Pack items securely, along with the completed Return Form.

Internet Purchase/Store Pick Up Return Instructions

All items purchased through goHastings.com may be returned through goHastings.com for a full refund of the purchase price. For your convenience, you may return this product to the store where you picked it up. All items must be in original unopened packaging, and returned within 30 days of when it was picked up. Please note that the refund will be posted to the original payment method only.
