(Book, Music, Video, Software, etc.) being shipped, the number of items ordered, and the
destination of the order.

The following types of shipping are available within
the continental United States when purchasing from gohastings.com.

- Standard Shipping
- UPS Ground
- 2nd Day Air
- Next Day Air

Standard Shipping is in most cases delivered via the United States Postal Service. Please note: Items shipped using this method are not shipped with any tracking information. For expedited delivery and more detailed tracking information, it is recommended that you choose UPS Ground Shipping, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air as your shipping method.
Domestic Shipping Exceptions apply to the following types of orders: APO/FPO orders, orders shipped to PO boxes, orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, all U.S. Protectorates, any location unable to accept UPS deliveries, and Used Item orders. Any order meeting this criteria must be shipped via Standard Shipping. All used items are shipped via Standard Shipping. If you are ordering a combination of used and new items, you may select any shipping option for your new items; only your used items will be sent via Standard Shipping if another shipping method is chosen. Your per order shipping amount will be determined by the method that you choose. The used items shipped via Standard Shipping will depend upon the type(s) of product shipped. Please consult the chart below to determine the shipping prices for used items.
Please note, shipping fees may include
handling charges and may be weight-based or flat-rate, and may include
other service and delivery charges.

Shipping Preferences |

This option is necessary when ordering items not
yet released in conjunction with items already available. If you would like to
wait until all items are available before shipping, select the "Wait until the entire order is ready before shipping" option,
which will reduce your shipping costs. However, if you would like us not to
wait until your pre-order item(s) become available before shipping your
available items, please select the "Ship the items I ordered as they become available" option. Please note that if you ordered more than 1 item, they may be shipped in different boxes with no change in your shipping price

Preferences |

Choosing the No Backorder option will cancel an order if the product cannot
be shipped within a few days. The order will
not be back ordered. When an
order is back ordered it will remain active for 28 days.
During this time Hastings will fill the order if the product becomes
available. This option cancels the order rather than back
ordering. |

We're sorry, we are not currently shipping orders to
locations other than the United States, non domestic U.S. Military addresses, U.S. Protectorates, or Canada.

| Returns
and Refunds |

| Internet Purchase Refund Policy |
|
|
All items purchased through gohastings.com may be returned
for a full refund of the purchase price, if they meet the following criteria:

- All items are in original unopened packaging.
- Return of product is within 30 days of when it was shipped.
|
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
|
| Note: Products purchased through
gohastings.com may not be returned to a physical store location for refund. |

Instructions |

Refunds for product meeting the above mentioned return
criteria should be handled as follows:

- Complete the Return Form, which is the packing list that came with
your order.
- In the Return Qty column fill in the quantity of
each item being returned.
- Pack items securely, along with the completed Return Form.
- Ship your return to:

Tracking is available for UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, and
Next Day Air deliveries only. You may track your order from the moment it has been shipped
until it has reached its destination. Just click on the  image from the View
Your Order Status page to begin tracking!

Shipping Time |

| To determine when you can expect to receive your order, use this formula:

(Availability) + (Shipping Time) = (# of Business Days for the product to Arrive)
When viewing a product on its title page, the screen will
notify you as to the item's availability. One of the
following statements will appear.
|
- Currently out of stock.
- Usually Ships Immediately.
- Usually Ships Within 24 Hours.
- Usually Ships Within 72 Hours.
- Special Order - Usually Ships Within 4 Weeks.
- Preorder - item not yet released.
|
The above estimates of availability refer to the amount
of time it will take us to acquire the item after you have placed your order. It does not
take into consideration the amount of time it will take your order to reach you.

The Shipping time is based upon the shipping you choose.

Please note that a publisher may run out of stock, or a title may go out of print. You will be contacted if we have difficulty obtaining a title.
